Happy Daylight Savings Day! 

Ya'll, I'm exhausted. This losing an hour business is tough on its own, but even more so when you already have trouble sleeping 😩 BUT... I can say that I am pretty happy about this extra hour of dayliiiiight! (you have to sing that part) lol.

So to celebrate the return of longer days with more glorious sunshine, I have some pretty pictures to share with you ^_^ Featuring my lovely model Xiomelie, gorgeous makeup by Denni, and yummy light courtesy of the sun! ☀️✨

Do you see this hair?! Denni and I couldn't get over how gorgeous Xi's hair was! So it definitely took center stage in some of the shots 😍

Our fun didn't stop when the sun went down though 💁🏽 Although I don't do it often, I do love shooting at night when the inspiration hits!

Next up on the blog today? A wonderful “just because” session I did with beautiful fellow artist Denisio!

Denisio and I met up in late June just before her move to New Orleans! I’d been meaning to photograph her for a while so when I heard she was moving, I knew we had to make it happen! I’ve always found Denisio to be just as sweet as she is talented, and her work reflects nothing less. She has such a beautiful spirit so I’m glad I was able to capture that before her move :)

Since her move, she has done amazing things with her company DOPEciety and it has been so great watching the business take off!

Happy Wednesday loves!

I promise I’m going to start blogging more than once a week again lol. I have lots to share so hopefully I can catch up soon :)

Today I have a wonderful session with the beautiful Remie to share with you! Denyelle did a fabulous job on her makeup and really helped showcase those gorgeous eyes of hers.

I remember this like it was yesterday because it was a late spring session, but the weather didn’t get the memo and it was FREEZING! Remie was a trooper though and you wouldn’t know any different by looking at these photos :)
